With the mutant race gradually becoming more powerful than before, the island nation of Krakoa possesses an extremely powerful military force with the presence of a series of famous Omega-level mutants.
In the previous life of the mutant with the ability to reincarnate Moira Kinross, Mister Sinister was the one who betrayed the mutant race.
According to Moira’s notes in her current life, Sinister may be the first Chimera mutant he created himself.
In the early days of X-Men, Professor X visited Mister Sinister and used his psychic powers to ask him to store mutant DNA samples.
However, this brainwashed Sinister is not the original version and has been replaced, meaning that the original Sinister knew Professor X’s plans and it is entirely possible for him to create Chimeras in the future.
In the new story book INCOMING, we can see that Mister Sinister possesses 11/14 DNA samples of Omega-level mutants.
Not counting Legion and Mister M who are said to be `unlocatable`, the remaining Omega-level mutant that Mister Sinister is missing is Franklin Richards, the only Omega-level mutant still living with
Once considered by the Mad Celestians to be beyond the Omega threshold (before writer Jonathan Hickman decided to retcon), Franklin Richards is considered one of the most powerful mutants in the world.
Thus, the fact that Franklin Richard may decide to live in the island nation of Krakoa will lead to Mister Sinister obtaining his DNA sample.
